We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the exceptional treatment by the staff, tasty food at the restaurant, and peaceful surroundings with nature trails. Cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were all exceptional.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel's location is calm, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery. We enjoyed exploring the nature trails, beer and the exceptional treatment from the staff. The rooms were okay and the bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and served with great care.

One of the restaurant waitresses was quite unpleasant, which ruined some of our experience.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings of the hotel. The food offered at the restaurant was delicious and we particularly appreciated the variety and treatment at breakfast. We were also impressed with the value for money, given the quality of service and facilities offered.

One of the waitresses seemed upset when we asked for still water instead of sparkling water, while another was unpleasant when we spoke English and French instead of German. the quality of the food served at the hotel's restaurant was not consistent and we had a few unsatisfactory meals.

The environment was very peaceful, ideal for the New Year break. This hotel offered tasty and varied food, especially at the restaurant. the surrounding area had lovely nature trails to explore in the daytime, and in the evenings, tasty beer.

Some of the service was unpleasant, with some staff members making communication difficult. the mineral water-only and German-only rules required some flexibility on our part.
